WORKSHOP POLICY Payment in full must accompany the enrolment form to secure a place. A deposit does not secure a place. An expression of interest does not secure a place.
In the event of a participant having to cancel a workshop with less than a week’s notice a 50% refund will be given. A full refund will be given with more than a week's notice.
A workshop will be cancelled one week prior to the advertised date if the minimum number of students is not reached. All monies paid will be refunded in these circumstances.
A suggested materials list will be sent to all students. Some workshops carry a small fee, payable to the tutor for materials supplied by him/her. This will be advised.
Confirmation and information regarding the workshop will be sent via email or a business size stamped self-addressed envelope must be included with your payment.
MEMBERSHIP Non members joining Basketmakers of Victoria at the time of payment of the workshop will receive the workshop at members' price. (See membership Form) Renewal would be due in March 2013.
